The final terms will need to address account use, creator content ownership, collaboration, public profiles, acceptable use, payments, subscriptions, storage, split-sheet records, third-party integrations, termination, and dispute provisions.

SongWriter Direct should never claim ownership of a creator’s song merely because the song is stored or managed on the platform.
